A new variety boasting intense tropical, passionfruit and pineapple character.
Can be used both on the hot side and as dry hop in a variety of styles targeting a fruit forward hop profile.Ā
Very high in thiol precursors makes it a great bio-transformative addition for the classic NZ Sauvignon Blanc character.
Alpha Acid: Ā 12.50%
Beer styles: Pale Ales, NEIPA, New World Lagers
