How long does shipping take within Australia?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days for metropolitan areas and 5-10 business days for regional locations via our courier partners.
Do your kegs and brewing equipment come with a warranty?
Yes, all KegLand hardware, including Series X Kegerators and BrewZilla units, comes with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty against defects.
What is your return policy for change-of-mind purchases?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Can I pick up my order from the warehouse?
Yes, we offer a Click & Collect service from our Noble Park, Victoria warehouse. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection.
